Job Overview

The Workday Expert is a skilled and experienced HRIS Specialist with extensive knowledge of Workday within HRIS Organization in HR Department. He / she will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HR information systems, ensuring data integrity, and providing functional and technical support to HR staff and other stakeholders. This role is crucial for managing ongoing project activities, finalizing the deployment across various Regions / Divisions.

Responsibilities

The role involves managing main HRIS activities related to Workday scope ensuring data consistency and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

1. Workday Project: Support Project team in finalizing the implementation and deployment of Workday across various regions: completing the design, end to end tests, coordination of go live, training and support HR users, and definition with ICT of the governance model and all related procedures and KPIs.
2. System Management: Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the Workday HRIS, including system configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
3. Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data through regular audits and data validation processes.
4. User Support: Provide technical support and training to HR staff and other system users, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
5. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and generate reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance system functionality, working closely with HR and IT teams.
7. Compliance: Ensure HRIS practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Skills & Experience

1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday HRIS, including configuration, reporting, and data management. Strong knowledge of HR processes and data flows.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HRIS management, with a strong focus on Workday.
3. Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information technology, or a related field.
4. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Certifications: Workday certification is highly desirable.
6. Languages: English (advance or mother tongue), Italian or French or German or Spanish or Portuguese (Advanced or Mother tongue).
