Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a its future HR Digital Project Management Apprentice starting in September 2025. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

Within the Global Tech department, join our “HR Tech” team and support our various subsidiaries, located all over the world, in the digital transformation of the HR function through process harmonization and simplification, to foster innovation in an Agile environment.

You will join the HR Tech CoE (Center of Excellence), structured around 5 products covering the entire employee lifecycle within the group:

  1. Employee Staffing
  2. Performance, Talent, and D&I
  3. Learning & Employee Engagement
  4. Compensation & Benefits
  5. Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking

Your key missions?

  1. Act as the right hand of the Head of HR Tech to monitor the different products (planning, progress tracking, etc.)
  2. Feed and adapt the transformation roadmap based on the needs of various stakeholders via our ProductBoard tool
  3. Assist in deploying new features through the implementation of innovative communications to improve employee and HR experience
  4. Participate in and lead meetings to ensure delivery of expected outcomes
  5. Produce presentations and summary notes on a wide variety of topics for team members and their internal and external stakeholders
  6. Handle planning, preparation, and writing of meeting minutes for weekly and monthly sessions
  7. Provide advice on improving the Ways of Working within the HR Tech CoE to automate recurring tasks
  8. Provide ad-hoc support to Product Owners
  9. Define KPIs for each product with the Product Owners to showcase the team’s activities within the group

  1. You are pursuing a higher education degree in Digital with an interest in HR or HRIS, looking for a 12 or 24-month apprenticeship
  2. You are fluent in English
  3. You are autonomous, constructive, pragmatic, and enjoy working on a variety of topics (HR, Finance, IT)
  4. You are a strong team player
  5. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong sense of service
  6. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, show initiative, and are proactive
