What we are looking for in our future Human Resources Administration Manager?
Above all, we are looking for an organized, methodical, rigorous and curious person who wants to join our more than 750 employees and participate in the objective of “0 ultimate waste for 100% resources”.
With previous experience in Personnel Administration within an HR Department or in a temporary employment agency, you will be able to take charge of your position quickly, demonstrate autonomy and be proactive in your field of action. Excellent interpersonal skills will also be essential to enable you to evolve within our multi-company and multi-site environment. You will interact on a daily basis with various contacts (managers, employees, temporary work agencies, occupational health service, etc.).
What will the missions be?
By joining the Human Resources team, Group support service, you will join a dynamic team made up of 5 people.
Your main mission will be to ensure management of temporary staff secondments from A to Z via the Pilott platform:
On a daily basis, the following missions will be added:
Conduct of interviews:
– An initial interview with the HR Manager in charge of recruitment
– A second interview with the Human Resources Director
