HR Lead

We are working with a major metals producer looking to hire a HR Lead to join the team in Norway.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Responsible for leading the HR team, managing their development and redefining HR strategy for the site.
• Collaborate with senior management to enhance efficiency and promote leadership growth.
• Turn the business strategy into an HR strategy with the Operations Manager and other site leaders.
• Supervise the site's compensation planning procedures, providing guidance to managers and conducting an analysis of the plant's recommendations.
• Role Reports to Plant Manager.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in a HR or operations role, ideally within the metal space.
• Strong leadership skills required.
• Experienced with Norwegian Union law and regulations.
• Fluency required in Norwegian.
• Located or willing to relocate to Norway.
