THE OPPORTUNITY
Azelis France is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), based in La Défense, Courbevoie, France.
This is a strategic and operational role, partnering closely with business leaders across multiple business units and market segments, ensuring deep connection and knowledge about the business & operating environment, to provide comprehensive HR support. The HRBP will play a key role in employee relations, performance & development management, leadership capabilities building, talent acquisition, organizational transformation and will manage various HR projects.
This role reports to the Human Resources Director France.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Employee Relations – Performance & Development
- Advise managers and ensure a consistent and strategic approach on all people-related matters in line with local legislation e.g. performance, development, succession planning, disciplinary, etc.
- Support the application of HR processes and the performance & development culture.
- Support the HR Manager in the design and implementation of effective trainings to develop managers capabilities.
- Collaborate with managers to enhance leadership capabilities through coaching and targeted development initiatives.
- Provide guidance on managerial best practices and tools for effective team leadership.
- Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with the support of the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, including defining role requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the selection process.
- Ensure a positive candidate & manager experience while aligning recruitment strategies with business needs.
- Collaborate daily with hiring managers, ensuring Azelis can attract and onboard the best talents.
- Implement Talent Strategies in support of business strategies to ensure a pipeline of talents.
- Organizational Transformation
- Support organizational transformation as part of our rapid growth by aligning HR strategy with company objectives.
- Support M&A projects.
- Support to the cultural transformation.
- HR Projects
- Lead and contribute to various HR projects aimed at optimizing HR processes and employee & manager experience within Azelis France.
- Provide support in compensation and benefits related matters.
- Ensure HR initiatives align with company objectives and values and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Demonstrate initiative by taking part in EMEA HR projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- Experience in a HRBP role, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and performance management.
- Fluent in French and English.
