As an HR Assistant at Molex, you will be the cornerstone of our personnel administration, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR services across our organization. Your role will involve managing essential administrative tasks with precision, from handling employee records to coordinating HR processes. You will serve as the first point of contact for employees, providing them with timely and accurate information and support. In collaboration with the HR Manager, you will implement and uphold HR programs, following guidelines to maintain compliance and excellence. Our Team
In this role, alongside the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the HR administration of our three Molex entities in France. Each entity contributes to a specific area of our business. In this position, you will work with design engineers who innovate for our Automotive customers, with Software engineers who innovate for our Industrial customers, and with Sales teams who promote our solutions.
