As an HR Assistant at Molex, you will be the cornerstone of our personnel administration, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR services across our organization. Your role will involve managing essential administrative tasks with precision, from handling employee records to coordinating HR processes. You will serve as the first point of contact for employees, providing them with timely and accurate information and support. In collaboration with the HR Manager, you will implement and uphold HR programs, following guidelines to maintain compliance and excellence. Our Team

In this role, alongside the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the HR administration of our three Molex entities in France. Each entity contributes to a specific area of our business. In this position, you will work with design engineers who innovate for our Automotive customers, with Software engineers who innovate for our Industrial customers, and with Sales teams who promote our solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Employee Administration (follow up of vacations and absences, maintain employee files, sick leaves, certificates, health contract etc.). Update and maintain HR system as per authorization rights
  • Payroll: Data collection for payroll purposes / transfer to payroll provider check pay slip/ distribution
  • Participate to compliance to all labour and employment related policies and procedures: monitoring and alert HR Manager in case of non-conformance
  • Follow up training plan as requested by manager/HR manager
  • Update and maintain all HR indicators (HR report, ISO)
  • Update and maintain compulsory documents postings for labour inspector services
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management (specific HR projects, research, presentation set up etc.)

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • BAC +3 in HR Administration or Management
  • Strong written and verbal communication for interacting with employees, candidates, and managers
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and handle deadlines
  • Precision in managing employee data, contracts, and compliance documentation
  • Empathy and understanding for resolving employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment
  • Maintaining discretion when handling sensitive employee information
  • Awareness of French labor regulations
  • Flexibility in handling varied tasks

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Knowledge of SAP and LUCCA
