Location : France (Paris, Toulouse preferred) – Remote working but offices throughout France

Type : Permanent, full-time

Salary : €65-85K (based on experience)

Our client is a European leader in High-Performance Computing (HPC), Big Data, and Cybersecurity, delivering cutting-edge HPC solutions and large-scale hardware systems. With a strong legacy in France, they are expanding their team to support critical infrastructure, R&D, and customer success.

We are currently hiring a HPC Project Support Specialist within the HPC Support Team. As a HPC Project Support Specialist, you will act as the critical link between R&D, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring the delivery and optimization of high-performance computing solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead high-level hardware support for large-scale HPC systems.
2. Provide expertise in networking, cooling systems, and hardware architecture.
3. Work closely with R&D teams to resolve complex hardware issues.
4. Create technical documentation and provide internal training.
5. Ensure system reliability and performance in dense, high-end computing environments.

Required Skills & Experience :

1. 5+ years of experience in HPC, hardware architecture, or large-scale computing systems.
2. Expert knowledge of high-performance computing infrastructure.
3. Experience with networking, cooling, and large-scale server environments.
4. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex system failures.
5. Fluent in French (mandatory) & English (90% of communication in English).
