We are looking for a Home Office Construction Engineer for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Paris, La Défense, France

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 2 years, possibly renewable

Qualification and Experience Required:

The studies at the expense of the SERVICE PROVIDER require the following skills:

• Mastery of the specificities of construction activities
• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software

Responsibilities:

The SERVICE PROVIDER will carry out the following tasks:

• Construction studies for site preparation
• Drafting of procedures
• Quantity analysis
• Analysis of the construction schedule
• Definition of site facilities
• Organization of constructability reviews
• Review of subcontracting offers
• Project support for construction-related topics
• Construction studies for the costing of proposals
