Oriental Recruitment is retained by a fast-growing and innovative AI company to look for a Head of Talent Acquisition, EMEA to lead and scale its hiring efforts worldwide. The company is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of AI and is rapidly expanding its global presence. With a strong commitment to attracting and retaining top-tier talent, the organization is seeking a dynamic leader to drive its hiring strategy and build a world-class talent acquisition function.

About the Role - This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on talent leader with 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in fast-paced and international environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy to attract top AI talent across multiple countries (EMEA).
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to align hiring goals with business objectives.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in its industry.
  • Implement data-driven hiring processes and leverage recruitment technology to improve efficiency.
  • Build strong talent pipelines, particularly for critical and high-impact roles.
  • Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are embedded in all hiring practices.
  • Oversee recruitment budgets and optimize hiring costs.

Qualifications - 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record in global hiring, especially in EMEA.

Required Skills

  • Experience in scaling hiring operations in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Expertise in employer branding, sourcing strategies, and recruitment marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS, HR tech tools, and recruitment analytics.
