Design the overall supply chain strategy and ensure the operational implementation of validated action plans, with the aim of improving the competitiveness of the company
Manage and develop the team
Ensure the coordination and cooperation of all supply chain contacts, both internal and external (coordinates delivery, reception and warehouse management activities with the Warehouse Manager)
Organize and synchronize logistics activities according to customer requirements and supplier constraints
Monitor the implementation and execution of logistics action plans and check proper application
Supervise customer relations activities to guarantee the quality of customer service
Manage QHSE, ISMS and facility management activities
Monitor and participate in the preparation of the budget
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in logistics, transport, supply chain or production management
At least 3-4 years of experience in management
Very good French and English language skills
Knowledge of operational technologies (SAP would be a plus) and their application in production
Mastery of continuous improvement approaches
Knowledge of management tools and performance indicators
Soft skills such as managerial skills, time management, ability to prioritize tasks, communication skills, problem-solving skills, responsibility and analytical thinking
