What You’ll Do:
- Strategy definition: Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
- Sales Plan Development: Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the CRO and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning.
- Land and expand: Build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
- Work collaboratively across teams: Including Delivery, Product, and Marketing.
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
- Flow Management: Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
- Relationship management: Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
- Goals achievement and selling activities: Lead the Sales team to reach the target and be a sales passionate person who personally handles sales and closes deals.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience: At least 10 years of experience in Sales, preferably in tech or digital companies.
- Sales driven person: Excellent sales skills and a person who wants to sell first-hand.
- Excellent leadership skills: Proven experience leading sales teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Digital accessibility knowledge: A strong interest or experience in the digital accessibility sector is a plus.
- Analytical skills: Skilled in analyzing data and KPIs to make data-driven decisions.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (C1 or higher); other European languages are a plus.
