What You’ll Do:

  • Strategy definition: Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
  • Sales Plan Development: Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the CRO and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning.
  • Land and expand: Build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
  • Work collaboratively across teams: Including Delivery, Product, and Marketing.
  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
  • Flow Management: Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
  • Relationship management: Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
  • Goals achievement and selling activities: Lead the Sales team to reach the target and be a sales passionate person who personally handles sales and closes deals.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience: At least 10 years of experience in Sales, preferably in tech or digital companies.
  • Sales driven person: Excellent sales skills and a person who wants to sell first-hand.
  • Excellent leadership skills: Proven experience leading sales teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Digital accessibility knowledge: A strong interest or experience in the digital accessibility sector is a plus.
  • Analytical skills: Skilled in analyzing data and KPIs to make data-driven decisions.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English (C1 or higher); other European languages are a plus.

  • First interview with Talent Acquisition.
  • Second interview with Head of Country and Chief Growth Officer.
  • Final interview with Executive VP and Group CEO.

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on the candidate’s experience.
