Head of Product – SaaS / Space Sector

Location: Remote (Europe) With some travel

We are working with an innovative technology company developing software solutions for the space sector. Their platform supports organisations operating in space, helping them make better decisions and improve efficiency. As they continue to scale, they are looking for a Head of Product to drive their product strategy and ensure their software meets both commercial and technical demands.

The Role:

As Head of Product, you will take ownership of product strategy, working across technical and commercial teams to develop solutions that align with business goals and customer needs. You will play a key role in shaping the future of their software, ensuring it remains competitive and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute the product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales and leadership teams to prioritise and develop new features.
3. Analyse market trends and customer needs to shape product direction.
4. Balance technical feasibility, cost and commercial viability in decision-making.
5. Support product launches and customer adoption strategies.
6. Ensure products are both innovative and commercially successful.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 5+ years’ experience in product management (Head of Product, Senior Product Manager, or similar).
2. Experience working with SaaS, data-driven software, or complex technical platforms.
3. A strong understanding of both technical and commercial product development.
4. Experience in the space sector or another highly technical industry.
5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
