HEAD OF DIGITAL

ANINE BING is seeking a Head of Digital to lead our global eCommerce and omnichannel client strategy worldwide, driving traffic, conversion rate, and revenue growth, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making across all direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. This leader will own the ecommerce channel and be responsible for meeting revenue goals along with owning customer insights, analytics, and segmentation for the company, optimizing our eCommerce, retail, CRM, and performance marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate is both strategic, "hands on" (operational) and analytical, with deep expertise in customer data, digital marketing channels, and omnichannel commerce. They will lead the integration of customer insights across digital and physical channels, ensuring a seamless, personalized customer experience.

This role is based at our Paris HQ and reports directly to the COO.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Own eCommerce revenue and operating targets, ensuring profitability while balancing customer acquisition, retention, and omnichannel engagement.
  • Lead website analytics and performance tracking.
  • Partner with IT and lead C.R.O. roadmap and website evolutions, AB tests and personalization tools, as well as content and landing pages, optimizing conversion rate in all countries.
  • Define and implement customer retention and acquisition strategies across DTC channels, leveraging segmentation and predictive insights.
  • Oversee all digital marketing channels (Paid Media, Paid Social, Email, SMS, Affiliate, Direct Mail, etc.), ensuring they are aligned with customer behavior and business goals.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing to ensure synergy between brand awareness, brand consideration and conversion in a "full funnel" approach.
  • Expand and optimize Email/SMS marketing programs, tracking performance against subscriber growth and revenue impact.
  • Lead the eCommerce and Client Data team, ensuring strong performance, coaching, and professional development.
  • Drive the development and execution of long-range digital strategies, aligning with company-wide objectives and financial targets.
  • Manage the eCommerce budget and digital performance KPIs, tracking and optimizing sales, traffic, and engagement.
  • Implement testing strategies and customer journey insights to continuously enhance digital experiences and omnichannel integration.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital commerce, advanced contemporary or luxury fashion experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in C.R.O, website optimizations.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience in Google Analytics, Lookerstudio, Shopify, and similar tools.
  • Proven success in scaling eCommerce and omnichannel businesses internationally, with strong knowledge of global consumer behavior.
  • Ability to align data strategy with brand, merchandising, and inventory planning to maximize commercial impact.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building experience, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a global team environment.
