Job Overview:
• Build & monitor implementation of the worldwide strategy for aftersales products of its category through following steps:
Key Responsibilities:
Drivers of success:
• Collect & process external & internal data (purchasing, marketing, sales) & complete detailed analytics (financial, performance) on tires, lubricants (including engine oil) and workshop products (paint, chemicals, tooling, equipment, ...)
• Formalize in clear & concrete actions a long-term strategy
• Engage company's stakeholders within the strategy & follow up its implementation
• Be agile in strategy's implementation
Deliverables:
• Product strategies (definition & implementation, follow up of action plans)
• List of preferred/listed suppliers, scouting & assessment, in line with our strategy (private labels, supplier range)
• Support to regions regarding 360 range development and implementation (sourcing & procurement, positioning, cataloging, …)
Necessary actions to achieve deliverables:
• High level data & information aggregation + analytics in order to deliver business KPIs and build robust strategies
• Cross functional network (global/region, catman/purchasing/engineering) / workshop mode
Profile:
5-10 years experience in independent aftermarket industry as product manager, sales manager or purchasing manager
Knowledge of Tires products and market required
