VP / Senior / Director – Business Development (Europe)

CDC Global Solutions are proud to be partnering with a global CDMO focused on small molecule dosage forms, sterile injectables, and complex formulations. With 10 sites across NA and APAC, the company has been aggressively growing since they formed in 2007.

Job Summary

This individual is expected to operate at a high level and demonstrate an ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment. The role will report directly to the President of CDMO division and will be responsible for delivering results in a dynamic and fast-paced contract manufacturing environment through achievement of new business in Europe.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
2. 7-10+ years of experience with a proven track record of revenue growth in the CDMO industry (Director/Sr. Director) 12+ years of experience (VP level).
3. Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development and manufacturing process, including all small molecule dosage forms, sterile injectables, and complex formulations.
4. Experience building business from scratch.
5. Well connected across the entire Europe/UK territory.
6. Ambitious and motivated individual who wants to be part of a long-term growth organisation, with options to grow a European team in future.
