Key Responsibilities :

• Provide customer-facing technical support for high-performance computing systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, cabling, and networking issues.
• Work with customers to resolve technical issues and ensure optimal performance.
• Support data center operations and system engineering projects.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 3-5 years of experience in IT support, data center operations, or system engineering.
• Strong technical background in hardware, cabling, or networking.
• Basic knowledge of Linux / UNIX systems and troubleshooting tools.
• Engineering degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Fluent in English (B1 / B2) and knowledge of French is a plus.
