What You'll Do :

• Evaluate & Create: Assess and refine fine fragrance samples to meet our high-quality standards and exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with our perfumers, marketing teams, and clients to bring visionary fragrance concepts to life.
• Trendspotting: Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences, providing valuable insights that influence our fragrance development.
• Mentorship: Lead and inspire junior evaluators, sharing your expertise to foster talent within the team.

Who You Are :

• You have 5+ years of experience in fragrance evaluation.
• You possess olfactive skills, with a deep understanding of fragrance composition and raw materials.
• You combine creativity with precision, with an innate sense of what makes a fragrance extraordinary.
• You communicate effectively across teams and with clients, offering clear, actionable insights and feedback.
• You are detail-oriented, with a commitment to excellence in all aspects of fragrance evaluation.
