Due to extraordinary growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a Growth & Practice Consultant. In this role, you will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for coaching and consulting with financial advisors to drive organic growth through the implementation of best practices. You will be responsible for working with a designated group of advisor teams within WEG to align team-level net flow goals with firm-wide net flow goals and then develop and execute team-specific plans to achieve said goals. Through the use of data and live observation/shadowing you will coach advisors within target teams on sales process, tactics and best practices to achieve stated net flows target.
The salary target for this role is $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 depending on experience. This role is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus.

When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. Thus, the entire salary range for those who are classified as the Lead level is $97,500.00 to $156,000.00.
