Gamdom is a leading online gaming platform in the iGaming industry, offering a dynamic and engaging experience for players worldwide. We are expanding our team and looking for a Senior Sports CRM Manager to take ownership of our sports customer relationship management strategy, develop processes from scratch, and drive the efficiency of our promotional efforts.
Role Overview
As a Senior Sports CRM Manager, you will design and execute a best-in-class CRM strategy for our Sportsbook segment. You will develop and implement lifecycle campaigns, manage promotional budgets, set up structured processes, and optimize CRM tools and provider back-office systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in CRM operations, an analytical mindset, and the ability to drive engagement and retention across sports customers.
