The role :
Ensure Procurement, Outsourcing (Solvency II) and DORA Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) compliance for all the purchased IT services to Allianz group and external providers.
Procure IT services for Allianz Trade, in a global environment, whilst ensuring the best interests of Allianz Trade are met.
Report to the Group Head of Procurement.
Challenges :
Engage Allianz Trade "IT Retained Organization" team adhesion to increase Procurement, Outsourcing and TPRM processes compliance in a complex global organization.
Obtain on time the information on the IT critical services implemented in Allianz group to meet regulators requirements (new or updated critical services, subcontractors information, key documentation update).
Manage priorities on the various tasks included in the position.
Ensure the Group policies and standards implementation on IT Procurement, Outsourcing (Solvency II) and DORA Third Party Risk Management (TPRM):
Communicate and train the Allianz Trade IT Retained Organization and regional procurement teams when needed.
Coordinate data collection for regulators (NBB, BAFIN), and maintain a very detailed regulatory register of IT Service Providers contracts.
Ensure Outsourcing and TPRM regulatory documentation is yearly updated for all the IT contracts (both intragroup and external providers).
Support audits, NFRM controls, questions from OEs, and annual KPIs completion (25 for Outsourcing and 3 for Procurement) on IT contracts scope.
Ensure regulators Outsourcing notifications are performed on time.
Proactively direct all aspects of the IT services procurement lifecycle through business engagement, tender, negotiation, contract & vendor management, and mitigate risks with third party vendors.
Coordinate Allianz Trade BU's IT purchasing requirements and Allianz global agreements usage where consistent.
Identify opportunities to deliver savings on contracts.

Experience in working in a global environment.
Experience on Solvency II.
Autonomy, tenacity and rigor.
Fluent in English and French.
Ability to prioritize.
Nice to have :
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
Experience in IT categories.
