To do so, our organization requires strong coordination and relationships between stakeholders and project teams. We are looking for a Group IT Project & Portfolio Coordinator / Business Partner to strengthen the IT TEAM.
Reporting to our CIO, your main missions will be:
- Coordinate the IT projects portfolio by collecting project charters, challenging and updating business needs in order to prepare ready for scoping and implementation gateways (25%)
- Implement and maintain an IT demand management tool and process to ensure IT resources are assigned according to business priorities (15%)
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive IT project/initiative status reports and presentations for key stakeholders including the CEO, corporate leadership, IT committee, and business function directors (20%)
- Coordinate IT budget planning, forecasting, and follow-up including managing procurement and invoicing processes to ensure budget is on track (15%)
- Manage IT communications such as newsletters, seminars, and coordination meetings to report on key elements and support adoption (10%)
- Provide administrative support for the IT team including document management, meeting coordination, and other operational tasks (15%)
Qualifications:
- Master's degree with a focus on IT and/or Project Management.
- 5 years of business experience with relevant experience in IT and/or Project Management/PMO background.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, IT applications (ERP, BI, CRM, etc.), and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Mastering Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
- Fluent in French & English.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in budget management and invoicing processes.
