Avec son équipe, il/elle contribue activement à l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux en fournissant des analyses précises, des recommandations stratégiques et des orientations clés. Il/elle pilote également la performance du Groupe en définissant et en gérant les processus de reporting et de budgétisation, tout en soutenant efficacement les 25 pays du Groupe.
Membre influent(e) du Comité de Direction Finance Groupe, il/elle contribue à positionner la finance comme un leader stratégique et un levier de transformation pour le succès global du Groupe.

As part of the strategic transformation of the Lyreco Group's holding company, the Group Controlling Director positions themselves as a true Business Partner dedicated to driving performance.
With their team, they actively contribute to achieving business objectives by providing accurate analyses, strategic recommendations, and key directions. They also manage the Group's performance by defining and overseeing reporting and budgeting processes, while effectively supporting the 25 countries of the Group.
An influential member of the Group Finance Management Committee, they help position finance as a strategic leader and a lever for transformation to ensure the Group's overall success.
YOUR MISSIONS:
Oversee the Group's controlling function: ensure alignment with the global strategy and financial goals.
Provide strategic recommendations: optimize financial performance and influence executive decisions with impactful analyses.
Foster a proactive analysis culture: position the controlling function as a key business partner.
Manage and develop the team: support each team member's growth and development in line with their aspirations.
Monitor Group controlling projects: lead initiatives to maximize their impact.
Evaluate and monitor financial performance: provide clear and regular reports on budget variances, expenditures, and KPIs.
Lead budgeting processes: create annual forecasts, three-year budgets, and anticipate results while issuing alerts and recommendations.
Collaborate with departments and subsidiaries: ensure consistency and reliability of financial information, even without direct hierarchical links.
YOUR PROFILE:
At least 10 years of experience in controlling within a complex and demanding international environment.
Advanced expertise in financial analysis and controlling strategy.
Ability to challenge and optimize existing systems and processes.
Managerial leadership: guide and help your team grow by valuing their skills and aspirations.
Fluent English: essential for interacting in an international context.
Natural leadership with a strong results orientation and business vision.
Ownership: take full responsibility for your topics and collaborate effectively as a business partner.
Strong analytical skills: able to balance detailed analysis with a broader strategic vision.
Ability to challenge: ask the right questions and lead strategic discussions at the highest level, including with the Executive Committee.
Excellent communication skills: present results and budgets impactfully to support critical decisions
