Graphic Designer

Location: Issy-les-Moulineaux, Paris Region

1. Undertakes production of advertisements, hotel collateral, and other projects.
2. Oversees layout and design of advertisements, collateral, and any other projects.
3. Proposes new and creative ideas/concepts to improve overall collateral standards.
4. Coordinates work and production schedule with the Marketing Communications Manager.
5. Studies and prepares layouts, sketches of proposed illustrations, and related materials to become familiar with assignments.
6. Determines style, techniques, and medium best suited to produce desired effects and conform to reproduction requirements, or receives specific instructions regarding these variables.
7. Formulates concepts and renders illustrations and details from models, sketches, memory, and imagination.
8. Discusses illustrations at various stages of completion and makes changes as necessary.
9. Selects type, draws lettering, lays out material, or performs related duties.
10. Liaises with the Materials Department and works with suppliers and other departments to professionally and competently execute all projects.
11. Assists with internal photography of events or VIP arrivals where required.
12. Produces within the specified guidelines all promotional collateral required for both Rooms and Food & Beverage.
13. Produces and installs props and materials required for weddings, seminars, meetings, and other events.
