About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Graphic Designer to join our innovative and dynamic team at PT EIGHT WONDERS PROPERTY GROUP. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and branding of our company. Based in the vibrant city of Bali, this full-time position will challenge you to bring your creative flair and technical expertise to a wide range of projects, from marketing materials to digital assets.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualise and design visually stunning marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and advertisements
• Creating engaging and impactful digital content, such as website graphics, email templates, and multimedia presentations
• Developing and maintaining the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent visual elements across all touchpoints
• Providing input and recommendations on the overall aesthetic direction of the company's marketing and branding initiatives
• Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously enhance the company's visual appeal
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business objectives

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a graphic design role, preferably within the design and architecture industry
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong eye for detail, excellent design skills, and a keen understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale
• Passion for design, creativity, and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends
