To strengthen our Brand Design team in Western Europe Marketing, we are looking for a skilled graphic designer.

TITLE - Graphic Designer (Permanent contract)

REPORTING TO - Go to Market Manager Western Europe

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

GRAPHIC DESIGN CAMPAIGN ADAPTATION

As a graphic designer, you will be in charge of graphic design development and visual asset adaptation to support 360 brand communication for the Western Europe cluster (France, Spain & Portugal).

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and orchestrate key visual assets for each campaign.
• Ensure consistency with global brand visual identity and guidelines.
• Secure customer-centric messaging adapted to all communication touchpoints.
• Lead asset adaptation for all touchpoints, adapting print (in-store print assets, press releases, catalogues, packaging) and digital (communication such as paid social, newsletters, DOOH).
• Adapt print and digital communication assets in line with the brand visual identity, working closely with brand teams and communication channel stakeholders.
• Campaign asset adaptation for France across all relevant channels and touchpoints with a strong experience in print (Retail, Press releases, Offline Media, catalogues, and specific formats).
• Digital campaign asset adaptation on digital platforms: Pandora Website, Newsletters, and paid media.
• Asset adaptation for the cluster on key local projects: mock-ups, asset execution.
• Support on specific ad hoc local projects for specific activations.
• Support the graphic design team by compiling campaign execution for internal communication.

MORE ABOUT YOU

• Preferably a degree in print and digital design or equivalent proven experience, e.g., Multimedia Designer, School of Media and Journalism, Interactive Design or similar. Knowledge of fashion/lifestyle brands and the fashion and media landscape is considered an advantage.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer.
• Experience from an advertising agency, a digital agency, a fashion/lifestyle brand, or another creative business.
• Experience with Adobe Suite: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
