Main Mission
The primary objective of this position is to define and implement a Training strategy that will enable the Anthogyr brand to continue offering distinctive experiences to dental professionals visiting the site and accelerate Anthogyr's training presence in international markets to support the brand's internationalization phase.
This role is responsible for organizing and developing a team of 5 individuals and includes the management of the reception service with a focus on delivering a high-quality experience to visitors at the Sallanches site. This mission also entails strong collaboration with Straumann Group organizations, the management of key strategic projects, and a strong understanding and ability to advocate for the benefits of Anthogyr and Straumann Group solutions, especially in the digital realm.
The main objectives of the mission are as follows:
- Develop and execute the overall training strategy for the Anthogyr brand.
- Ensure the management of visitors at the Anthogyr HQ, with a primary focus on delivering a high-quality experience for dental professionals and visitors from the Straumann Group.
- Develop a high-performance team and ensure the organizational functioning of the department.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in the Straumann Group.
- Establish an organization capable of managing key strategic projects.
- To succeed in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:
- 4 to 5 years higher education degree from a business school or university, or an equivalent qualification, is required.
- 3 to 5 years of team management experience and demonstrated leadership skills.
- Experience with healthcare professionals is a plus, in the medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, or ophthalmological sector.
- Understanding of international educational trends and challenges (in the mentioned fields). This may include knowledge of educational systems in different countries, exchange programs, and international accreditation standards.
- Knowledge of educational technologies for healthcare professionals is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English; additional language proficiency is a plus.

Additional Information:
- Position located in Sallanches, France (Anthogyr’s headquarters).
- Home Office Flexibility, in accordance with company policies, is available for this position, allowing for a balance between in-office and home office work.
- We estimate 20% of travel requirements, in France and internationally.
