Leap is one of the major transformation programs currently at Pernod Ricard. It is focused on designing and build our future proof ERP system, enabling harmonization of all transactional processes across the Group.
Your key missions
The ERP Core Tech Engineer position plays an instrumental role in ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of SAP systems operations (S4H, BTP and SAP CAS applications). This role requires expertise in SAP operations, SAP security and automation practices together with the partners such as SAP and the system integrator. He/She should secure maximization usage of SAP ecosystem. It needs strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain a robust operational posture and automate core SAP operations.
System Management and Optimizations : The ERP Core Tech Engineer will put in practice and create the conditions for the best-in-class operations of SAP landscape to maximize Pernod Ricard business value creation.
This includes efficient operations of the landscape management, SAP client mgmt., refresh strategy realization, administration automation and SAP administration operations such us but not limited to output management, connections creation, OSS notes application.
He/She will also be responsible of the BTP services activation and connection to the ecosystem solutions (ERP, Data platform, MDM solution, etc.).
Collaborate efficiently within a Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with SAP development, operations, infrastructure, and security teams to integrate security seamlessly into the squad roadmap.
Strategy activator and Innovation: develop, activate and implement strategies for continues improvement and innovation within the SAP landscape ( S4H, BTP, etc) . This might includes evaluating new technologies, designing and supervising system enhancements execution, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices and security standards to support the organization's long-term goals and objectives.

You have a master’s degree (Bachelor degree +3/4/5), and +5 years of experience
SAP Administration, SAP BTP Administration, SAP Rise PCE Certificate is a plus
S4H and BTP basis administration (User administration, integration, output management, SDI, etc. ), SAP Cloud ALM, SAP landscape management, Release management, SSO, Fiori
Solid foundation knowledge in cloud-based infrastructure (ex. compute, storage, networking), security operations, service management and SAP CPG industry best practices
Servant leadership mindset, strong communication and team collaboration skills, Efficient problem solving, Eager to innovate to bring business value. Product and agile delivery model interest.
You are fluent in English. French and Spanish appreciated
