Global Operations Efficiency is a transverse operational organization with various monitoring and advisory responsibilities on all operation challenges within CMA CGM Group. Within this organization, Global Operations Efficiency, Deputy Manager focuses on worldwide ports and terminals performance, to the benefit of CMA CGM Group Lines.

As part of his/her role of Deputy Manager for the wider Global Operations Efficiency Department, he/she acts as the ambassador of the Department and its Vice President in various instances such as Management Meetings or Steering Committees, and any other projects requiring the Department’s expertise.
