YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Global partner network, this role is to ensure Global Partners Network are fully covered in all legal, compliance and insurance aspects. As well assisting smooth finance operations between Partners and CEVA Stations.

1. Prepare new exclusive, non-exclusive, trademark agreements, addendums and terminations for Network Partners when necessary. Ensure the following areas are updated in the contracts: Legal/Compliance/Accounting/Operational responsibilities/profit sharing/air and ocean.
2. Update all partner information within the agent contact list, emergency contact list, agent station profiles, and worldwide directory.
3. Maintain Partner Portal, SharePoint site, and information listed in the Network Partner link listed in CEVANET.
4. Communication with agents (instructions, sanctions, updates);
5. Continue to monitor and upload Weekly FMC Audits into NVOCC Subject Matter Expert - Pyramid Lines SharePoint and Approve Network ID’s.

Finance support:

1. Invoice and Backups sharing: Providing copies of invoices to global partners by demand monthly, and upon request.
2. Data cleaning / reconciliation / Infosys assistance: Cleaning and assist on maintenance of master data in OFS and Cargo Wise.
3. Reviewing and acting with Infosys (outsourced company) and CEVA countries the list of invoices pending of approval and properly follow up in the available tools.
4. Performs other duties as assigned.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

1. College, professional or university degree in business administration or related functional area or equivalent education and experience is often accepted.
2. A minimum of 3 years proven ability to work with supplier’s or any 3rd part related contracts.
3. Experience with DocuSign tool
4. Working with data analysis
5. Understanding of organization group process, influencing, problem identification and resolution at both a strategic and functional levels.
6. Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to plan, organize and establish priorities to meet goals and achieve results
7. Experience in contract’s management
8. Experience in financial systems and processes (Receivables, Payables, Accounting)
