YOUR ROLE

This position is a job combination between Corporate/Institutional Communications and Marketing Communications.

You will serve as strategist and chief coordinator of business promotion – driving communication part of CEVA’s Go-to-Market strategies for both new and key existing products, as well as passionately promoting the portfolio in a variety of mediums to accelerate awareness and build a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales organization that accelerates orders.

You will actively contribute to the development of the CEVA Logistics brand equity through the deployment of communication actions and campaigns as well as be responsible to develop CEVA Logistics brand, products and services’ attractiveness to customers and external influencers for the benefit of sales growth and customer retention. You will also play a leading role in designing strategies and operations in relation with GHO business lines, GHO Marketing department and Clusters and lead the deployment of relevant and approved action plans.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • In partnership with business unit leaders, build an annual plan that prioritizes marketing activities to support major strategic initiatives.
  • Manage moves/adds/changes to the plan and communicate report-outs on progress on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Gain final agreement from business unit leaders on final communication plan before moving into asset development and production.
  • Create a Corporate Capabilities Overview that defines the positioning and key messaging of the business that will be utilized across multiple mediums internally & externally.
  • Visual application and product examples (if available). Incorporate key positioning across all mediums for consistent messaging such as the corporate website, tradeshows, conferences, publications, social media, etc.
  • Identify and execute key NPIs and re-commercialized NPIs, in partnership with product marketing management.
  • Rigorously drive completion of the NPI checklist for every launch – serve as project lead to coordinate all deliverables necessary for launch across various functional departments to assure deliverables are executed on to meet deadlines and commitments.
  • Identify and propose sales oriented communication strategies for inbound and outbound campaigns.
  • Propose news, features, press releases, press kits, special editions (e.g. strategic contracts, product launches, etc.) at worldwide level (with support of worldwide comms relays network and Editorial/ Press specialist).
  • Contribute to digital editorial channels: Internet website (Press corner), Social media Corp accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), TV screens, press book (+ support to internal contents - intranet) feeding with contents.
  • Update and nurture the Marketing communication campaign creation process.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University Degree bachelor in Communications, Marketing strategies, Journalism.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Marketing Communications.
  • Business understanding (market knowledge in area of work, intl. exposure & awareness).
  • Demonstrable experience gained in an International & Matrix environment.
  • Excellent writing skills: press releases and kits, media briefings, speeches, presentations, articles, messages, strategic planning etc.
  • Capable of understanding business challenges/issues and translating them into communication proposals.
  • Capable of developing messages.
  • Organization skills: press trips and events, conferences.
