Job Description : The successful candidates will be bi-lingual (English -French), responsible for closing sales, assisting clients in selecting the best membership options, and providing ongoing support to help them achieve their relationship goals. Additional responsibilities include pre-screening membership applicants, nurturing warm leads, acquiring new clients, and ensuring follow-up on closed sales. This position offers unlimited earning potential and flexible remote work arrangements to accommodate the global nature of our clientele.
Key Responsibilities :
- Close sales with ultra and high-net-worth individuals seeking membership.
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable membership options based on their preferences and objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their membership journey.
- Pre-screen membership applicants and nurture warm leads to expand the client base.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding market reach.
- Monitor and follow up on closed sales to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Awareness of the importance of close and nurturing relationships.
- Strong desire to help clients find their life partners coupled with a motivation to earn high commissions and salaries.
- Experience in successful luxury service / product sales, financial sales, or related fields preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build empathy, listen actively, and understand clients' needs and preferences.
- Emotional stability, self-control, patience, and problem-solving skills.
- High emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and flexible environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
