The IT Change and Communications professional will play a pivotal role in helping the Change and Communication Manager to execute communication and change management strategies for the IT department and its interactions with CEVA Operations and functions and its ecosystems of partners.

The role can be based in France, Spain or Italy.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. To contribute and create communication plans: Contribute and support the communication manager on comprehensive communication plans for IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  2. Crisis Communication: Support crisis communication to manage and mitigate any IT-related issues.
  3. Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including IT newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates, to highlight IT projects and achievements, promote employer branding and showcase CEVA digital transformation.
  4. Internal Communication: Support and drive internal communication within the IT department and across the organization to ensure transparency and alignment.
  5. Event Management: Plan and execute IT-related events and workshops to promote knowledge sharing and engagement.
  6. Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  7. Change Management: Support, develop and implement change management strategies to support IT initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions. This includes preparing and supporting individuals and teams through change, managing resistance, and ensuring that changes are effectively communicated and adopted.
  8. Organizational Change Management (OCM): Support organizational change management efforts, ensuring that changes are effectively communicated, adopted, and sustained across the organization. This includes helping to develop OCM strategies, conducting impact assessments, and providing support and training to employees during transitions.
  9. Support the Entire IT Organization: Support the entire IT organization, through a web of influence and change ambassadors, ensuring that communication and change management are aligned and effectively implemented across all IT functions, products, and geographies.

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years in a communications role, strong business communication background, proficiency in content creation and digital marketing tools, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically and analytically. Preferred background in logistics/supply chain or IT industry.

Specialist Knowledge & Skills

Experience with change management, familiarity with project management tools and software, knowledge of social media, collaboration tools, and web analytics.

Interpersonal & Communication Skills

Excellent verbal & writing skills in English. Clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships with internal partners. Strong analytical skills. Good stakeholder management skills. Proactive and a keenness to learn on the job.
