As the Global Head of Digital Marketing & Branding, you will drive our digital marketing and branding strategies ensuring a compelling and consistent digital presence across global markets. Reporting to the Global Marketing & Communication Department, you will enhance digital customer experience, amplify brand identity, and leverage digital channels to support business growth.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and expertise in digital marketing, branding, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with key stakeholders including internal teams (Leaders, Corporate, Business, CSR, HR) and external partners (agencies, freelancers, and content creators) and orchestrate project management to align digital marketing initiatives with our diverse audience ranging from candidates and investors to artists, labels, and the broader music ecosystem.

Oversee and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
1. Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
8-10 years of experience in digital marketing and branding ideally in an international company with strong business acumen.
