Global Feed Technology Manager

What are you going to do?

As a Global Feed Technology Manager you will join a highly skilled and motivated Feed Additive team. You will be responsible for technically supporting costumers and commercial colleagues within Borregaard’s animal feed applications. With your result-driven mindset you will contribute to a sustainable future within the Borregaard Group.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers, commercial teams, R&D, and manufacturing in animal feed applications
• Initiate, manage, and execute innovation projects to advance feed additive solutions
• Develop in-house expertise and deliver training programs to build team competence
• Create, manage, and protect intellectual property related to assigned applications
• Provide technical insights and information to support sales and marketing activities (proof content etc.)
• Represent Borregaard in interactions with external stakeholders such as the European Commission and industry associations
• Demonstrate and optimise performance using our products and technologies at customers facilities
• Coordinate requests for laboratory work and internal pilot plants

Job requirements:

• Master’s degree (or PhD) in animal nutrition, veterinary, chemistry or engineering
• Minimum 5 years' experience in equipment and feed manufacturing processes
• Ability to develop value-based solutions to solve customer problems
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English skills required
