GLOBAL E-COMMERCE PROJECT MANAGEMENT INTERN

Historically specialists in pain and self-medication products, the UPSA laboratories (Union of Scientific Applied Pharmacology) were created in Agen and today employ nearly 1,300 employees (out of 1,500 in total) on this industrial site of Agen, making it the 1st private employer in Lot-et-Garonne.

Internationally, UPSA is present in more than 60 countries, mainly in Europe, French-speaking Africa and Asia. The takeover of UPSA in 2019 by the Taisho group marks a real acceleration in innovation and investments across all our brands. The arrival of its new president, Isabelle Van Rycke, also marks a strategic shift towards new categories of food supplements to better meet new consumer expectations.

In this context, UPSA global digital and e-commerce department is looking for an e-commerce project management intern. You will oversee strategic projects for international roll out, part of a human-sized global team and will report to the Global Digital and E-Commerce director.

Responsibilities:

1. Support our e-commerce launches in Europe (mainly Germany and UK) with multiple brands and partners.
2. Coordinate content with internal stakeholders (marketing, supply mainly).
3. Help with tactical support with our priority partners (agencies, consultants, distributors).
4. Assist our digital and media strategies set up and launches, coordinating multiple actors (internal marketing managers to external agencies).
5. Actively participate in the global e-commerce content strategy. You will:
1. Help Develop e-commerce content strategy.
2. International coordination for launch.
3. Assets Performance tracking.
4. Proactively share e-commerce activations best in class in and out our industry.

Your profile:

• MBA degree (end of studies internship).
• A first digital experience.
• Digital and Media savvy.
• Previous background with Amazon would be a plus.
• Fluent in English, with an international mindset.
• Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally.
• Strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• Rigorous and organized.
• Critical thinking, solution and results-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
