Ready to take a LEAP? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Business Process Manager – Transport & Logistics!

The Transport & logistics GBPM is key in designing, specifying, and leading the development of transportation management processes within the target ERP system. This role focuses on creating a standardized and harmonized framework to manage all transportation flows across Pernod Ricard’s global operations. The aim is to ensure efficiency, leverage SAP capabilities and integrate with ‘best of breed’ Transport Management System (TMS) to improve ways of working within Pernod Ricard.

You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Your key missions:

1. Process Design for Transportation Management Operations: Lead the transformation project to build a new core SAP template for harmonizing logistics and transportation business processes. Analyze current logistics and transportation processes to identify areas for improvement and standardization.

2. Specification Development: Define clear specifications for transportation management processes to be integrated into the ERP system, detailing workflow steps, data requirements, and control points.

3. ERP Development: Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of processes within the ERP system, working closely with Tech, business, and ERP specialists to ensure accurate functionality and integration.

4. Harmonization and Standardization: Ensure the designed processes are standardized and harmonized across all organizational entities, promoting consistency and efficiency in global operations. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse and logistics departments to gather requirements and ensure the processes meet all internal and external compliance standards.

1. You have a Master’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and transportation, with a focus on process improvement and project management.

3. You have experience with SAP implementation, particularly in logistics modules (TM).

4. You have the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional team environment.

5. You have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6. You are fluent in English; French and Spanish appreciated but not mandatory.
