Global Business Process Manager - Manufacturing (aged products)

LEAP is one of the major transformation programs currently at Pernod Ricard. It is focused on designing and building our future-proof ERP system, enabling harmonization of all transactional processes across the Group.

The Operations Manager focused on aged spirits is responsible for the design and development of manufacturing operations processes within the ERP system, particularly zooming in on the needs for aged spirits production. This role ensures the integration of specialized processes such as distillation, aging, blending, and bottling into the ERP system, optimizing for quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with aged spirits' unique production requirements.

Your key missions

1. Distillation Process Integration: Design and integrate distillation processes tailored to aged spirits into the ERP system, optimizing for flavor extraction and efficiency.
2. Aging Process Management: Develop workflows within the ERP for managing the aging process, including barrel selection, aging conditions, and duration, to achieve desired flavor profiles and quality.
3. Blending Process Design: Oversee the integration of blending processes to ensure product consistency and quality, incorporating ERP functionalities for recipe management and quality control.
4. Bottling and Packaging Workflow Development: Implement processes for bottling and packaging that maintain the quality of aged spirits, including ERP solutions for tracking and compliance.
5. Customization for Aged Spirits Production: Work with Tech teams and ERP specialists to identify where in the ERP system there is a need to address the unique needs of aged spirits production, from raw material procurement to finished product distribution.

• Level of study: Master's degree in engineering or business school

• Required years of experience and field: At least 7 years' professional experience, experience in the consumer goods industry especially in wine & spirits and/or food industry, experience in manufacturing especially field experiences, experiences in change management and solution rollout.

• Other mandatory technical skills: SAP Savvy is a plus, knowledge of Product Planning module is appreciated.

• Languages: English. French and Spanish are appreciated but not mandatory.
