The Opportunity

Take on a pivotal leadership role, overseeing a significant team and championing strategic decisions that shape the future of immuno-oncology and auto-immunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Scientific Leadership : Guide the R&D strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and breakthrough innovation.
• Pipeline Development : Oversee robust portfolio of immuno-oncology and auto-immunity assets, advancing them from discovery through clinical stages.
• Leadership : Inspire innovation, drive strategic scientific excellence, and foster collaboration to transform groundbreaking research into impactful therapies.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or equivalent) with 15+ years in oncology / immunology R&D leadership roles.
• Proven track record of advancing novel therapies from concept to clinical stages.
• Strong background in immuno-oncology, immune checkpoint inhibitors, or cell therapy.
• A strategic and hands-on leader passionate about science and innovation.
