Prominent player in the mobility infrastructure sector, committed to enhancing mobility solutions worldwide, is seeking a motivated candidate to reinforce the Structured Finance team.

As a Structured Finance Director, you will work within the Structured Finance Department, focusing on the financial structuring of projects for our client and its subsidiaries. Your role will encompass projects in various sectors, including airports, roads, and rail, during the tender and closing phases of new operations.

You will also support existing project companies in refinancing, renegotiations, or restructuring efforts. For new projects, you will contribute to the commercial growth of our client and its subsidiaries in tenders for new operations, as well as in acquisition procedures or privatizations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Creating financial and contractual models globally;
• Managing relationships with financial institutions;
• Selecting financial advisors;
• Negotiating financial offers;
• Managing funding implementations;
• Analyzing the financial impact of projects for the group, focusing on investment profitability and associated risks;
• Participating in multidisciplinary teams for each development project.

Required Profile:

A graduate from a University, Engineering, or Business School, you have 10 to 15 years of experience in financing major projects within a company or financial institution (bank, infrastructure fund, or Big 4). Experience in acquisition operations (M&A) is a plus.

You are fluent in French and English. Proficiency in German or Spanish is also sought-after.
