About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in advising German companies on their digital advertising strategies. Your expertise will drive business growth, optimize marketing campaigns, and contribute to sales success.

What We’re Looking For

Fluent German (C1+) and strong English proficiency
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
6-12 months of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound sales (B2B preferred)
Analytical mindset, strong communication, and leadership skills
Passion for marketing, technology, and digital advertising

What We Offer

Full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
Permanent contract
Competitive salary (€24,310 – €30,000 gross per year)
Performance bonus (up to €3,000 – €4,290 per year)
