General Manager – Online Social Casino (Sweepstakes)
Location: US or Europe (Remote with time split/regular travel to where they establish their office).
Salary: Competitive + Bonus/Commission Structure + Equity
Reporting to: CEO of Parent Company and Owners
The Company:
Our client is a well-funded iGaming company with a proven track record of building and scaling successful online gaming businesses across Europe. Now, they're expanding into the US market with the launch of a new online social casino, and we are looking for a General Manager to lead this exciting venture.
The Role:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for launching, managing, and scaling the US Social Casino brand. You will own the P&L, build and execute the business plan, recruit top talent, and position the brand for success. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will be responsible for establishing the business, growing market share, and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the US launch of the social casino, ensuring a successful market entry.
- Full P&L responsibility – drive revenue growth while managing costs effectively.
- Develop and execute a robust business plan, ensuring scalability and long-term profitability.
- Recruit and build a high-performing management team to support key business functions.
- Develop and position the brand, ensuring it stands out in the competitive social casino market.
- Define and implement a customer acquisition strategy, including performance marketing, affiliate partnerships, and organic growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with US regulatory and legal requirements related to social gaming.
- Collaborate with technology and product teams to ensure a seamless, engaging user experience.
- Establish strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
- Monitor key KPIs and financial metrics, optimizing performance based on data-driven insights.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 5-10 years of experience in iGaming Leadership (sweepstakes casino/sportsbook/social gaming), with strong operational and strategic experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a senior management role with full P&L responsibility.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling online gaming brands in competitive markets.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, user acquisition, and retention in the social gaming space.
- Strong financial acumen, including EBITDA calculations, transaction structures, and business forecasting.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the evolving US gaming landscape.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a passion for building high-growth businesses.
- Willingness to travel as needed for industry events and business development.
