Key Responsibilities

• Bank reconciliation and matching
• Preparation of cash flow forecasts
• Entry of supplier accounting documents and preparation of payments
• Monitoring of supplier data
• Entry of customer accounting documents
• Monitoring of store receipts
• Processing of financial documents (expenses / bank statements / account statements)
• Participation in closing work, VAT and local tax declarations
• Participation in audit work

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree +2 / 3 in accounting
• Supplemented by initial experience in supplier accounting
• Fluency in English is essential
• Proficiency in accounting and tax rules
• Proficiency in IT tools : Sage 100 and Office suite
• Internal customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills with a diplomatic approach
