Job Description

In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the visual identity and user experience of one of our upcoming games, a unique and ambitious Solitaire game. We are seeking a talented Game Artist with a keen eye for UI & UX design to lead all art production aspects of the game. As part of our small, high-performing team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a game played by millions while honing your skills and creativity.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Create visually stunning and intuitive mobile game art direction
2. Deconstruct and analyze mobile game mechanics to enhance user experience
3. Develop all visual aspects of the game, including:
1. UI elements
2. Mockups
3. Icons
4. 2D & 3D Optimized Assets
5. Characters and Rigging
6. Lighting & VFX
7. Animations
4. Introduce new game ideas and features, bringing them to life through art
5. Cultivate a keen understanding of mobile gaming trends and sensitivities

Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a game artist, with a strong focus on UI & UX design
2. Proficient in Photoshop for 2D art, 3DS Max, Maya, or Blender for 3D modeling
3. Familiarity with Unity for game development, FX & Animations
4. Good skills in Illustrator, After Effects, Spine and optional Substance Painter & Designer
5. Passionate about casual mobile games and adept at identifying gameplay and mechanics trends
6. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team
7. Excellent organizational, management, and leadership skills
