Background

The Global iProspect Team has experienced amazing growth of its Paris office over the past three years.

We are the international media agency of record for Kering, BMW, Accor, Groupe SEB, Shiseido & Hugo Boss at an international level, from our Paris Hub.

Our team is 50+ talents strong, ranging from Strategy to Operations and Media activation, all specialists in multi-market and international media.

In this context, we are hiring for our next Full Funnel Lead for one of the most loved and prestigious luxury fashion brands in the world.

The Full Funnel Lead is responsible for leading the development and execution of the global full funnel digital strategy for the Maison of Kering and will report to the Global Maison Media Lead.

This role will oversee all aspects of digital planning and buying, across all markets, including China, Japan, Korea, and the USA.

The Full Funnel Lead will lead the digital channel specialists’ teams (Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic) in order to:

  1. ensure excellence at a global scale, centrally and in the markets,
  2. bring agility and flexibility in the operation,
  3. deliver digital innovation and help the Maison to be at the forefront of the digital/data/tech evolution.

She/He will bring Digital Media and Luxury Passion to the output of the agency, by leading with expertise and galvanizing with brand essence.

The successful candidate will lead an industry-unique full funnel media practice for its maison, ensuring the highest level of media science and brand heart meet in each activation.

The Full Funnel Lead will connect 15+ markets together and 15+ FTEs thanks to a fit-for-purpose, brand-tailored operating model that can drive media decisions at speed for our teams and our clients.

The role will care for our Paris team talents as their go-to manager, creating a culture of openness, work/life balance, team solidarity, and best practice sharing.

The Full Funnel Lead will ensure clear positioning, branding, product, and culture for their global client team in order to establish a coherent successful business centrally and in markets.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Develop and implement the global full funnel digital strategy for the Maison of Kering
  2. Oversee all aspects of digital planning and buying, across all markets
  3. Lead and supervise all the digital channel teams
  4. Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure that all media campaigns are aligned with the Maison’s overall brand strategy
  5. Manage relationships with key digital partners
  6. Monitor and analyze media performance to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies
