Required Tech Stack:

Basic Knowledge Expected (Essential):

• HTML / CSS: Solid understanding of fundamentals and best practices (accessibility, responsive design).
• Frontend Framework (React or Vue.js): Initial experience or a significant personal project.
• Git: Good command of the basics to collaborate efficiently in a team.
• REST API: Basic understanding and ability to integrate endpoints.

Skills to Develop (Strong Growth Expected):

• Advanced Frameworks (React Next.js): To build scalable applications.
• State Management (Redux, Zustand, or React Query): To handle complex applications.
• Frontend Performance Optimization: Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse.
• Frontend Testing: Unit tests (Jest) or end-to-end tests (Playwright).
• CI / CD and Monitoring: Introduction to deployment pipelines and tools like Sentry or Datadog.

Your Role:

• Develop and maintain user-friendly, maintainable, and high-performance frontend interfaces.
• Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to deliver features aligned with user needs.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our frontend development practices and the evolution of our tools.
• Invest in technical skill development (modern frameworks, performance tools, best practices).
• Progressively contribute to the redesign of our frontend architecture to make it even more scalable and modular.
