Frontend developer advocate

As part of a team of 7 people (1 CPO, 2 Product Managers, 1 Designer, 3 developers) your role will be to deliver the best possible experience for the platform's users (the Group's customers); in particular content editors, marketers and developers, for example.

Your tasks will be to:

• Participate in the creation of webinar articles and YouTube videos to promote tech topics and create code examples and demos.
• Create tickets to improve the experience of developers using the platform in conjunction with the company's technical teams.
• Write documentation to provide developers using the application with as much information as possible to carry out their work.
• Work around 40% of the time on feature development and, more generally, on improving the platform with the in-house technical teams. You will be working with TypeScript and React technologies.
• Conduct user interviews to ensure that the platform meets their expectations and provide feedback to the technical teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years' professional experience with React is expected.
• Excellent communication skills are essential to successfully complete your assignments.
• You have a very good level of English to communicate with the various teams, users and write articles.
