Job Advertisement: Front-End Developer with Gamification Expertise

We’re looking for a highly skilled Front-End Developer to bring our platform to life with a sleek, engaging, and interactive gamification-driven UI. The back end is being developed using the Laravel framework, so experience working alongside Laravel-based applications is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

1. Design and develop visually engaging and interactive front-end experiences.
2. Implement gamification elements (badges, leaderboards, progress tracking, etc.) to enhance user engagement.
3. Work closely with the back-end team to integrate UI components seamlessly.
4. Optimize front-end performance for speed and scalability.
5. Ensure a responsive and intuitive design across all devices.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies (React, Vue.js, or similar frameworks).
2. Experience with UI/UX principles related to gamification and interactive design.
3. Ability to create smooth animations, transitions, and micro-interactions.
4. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and working alongside Laravel-based back ends.
5. Strong understanding of performance optimization and accessibility.
6. A portfolio showcasing gamification or interactive front-end projects.

Bonus Points If You Have:

1. Experience with WebSockets for real-time interactions.
2. Knowledge of Three.js or WebGL for advanced visual effects.
3. Previous work on gaming, ed-tech, or rewards-based platforms.
