Job Description
This is an urgent opening for French Field Support for a contract position based in Paris, France.
Responsibilities
Deploy packaged applications and patches.
Re-image or deploy OS image on laptops and desktops.
Resolve and troubleshoot all issues within the agreed SLA of the incident or request.
Change backup tapes on the server according to the schedule.
Experience using Altiris and SCCM deployment solutions.
Experience using Windows Server 2012.
Configuring mailboxes on Exchange server 2010.
Configuring iPhone and iPad for users to send and receive company emails using Mobile Iron.
Patching network ports.
Excellent customer service skills.
Team player.
Some travel involved to other locations particularly Lille in France.
Managing multiple site locations.
Comfortable working with client senior management.
Clear understanding of SLAs especially in a High Priority Incident environment.
ITIL V3 Foundation – Preferable but not essential.
Experience in a challenging environment.
