Our focus is on creating added value for our customers by building up local knowledge about customer infrastructures, projects and needs and providing services locally out of our subsidiary in France. We are located next to our customer Direction Générale de l’Aviation Civile (DSNA), focusing on solutions for the Air Traffic Management (ATM) market. We are looking for committed System Engineers for the Air Traffic Management business unit who are interested in varied tasks in an international environment and are actively involved in opening up new markets.

Key Tasks

• Customer Onsite System Preparation: perform system updates, troubleshoot issues, and configure systems to ensure optimal performance.
• System Tests Acceptance: conduct and oversee onsite system tests to ensure they meet acceptance criteria.
• Interface with the customer: you will be the first point of contact for technical issues/questions.
• Internal System responsible: maintain and conduct internal system integration, in close cooperation with other members of the team located in Vienna.
• Technical User Documentation: write clear and comprehensive technical documentation for end-users.
• Test Documentation: create detailed test documentation when required to support system testing processes.

Key Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, IT or a related field.
• C2 level in French and English. A third language is a plus.
• Experience using Linux-based computers is mandatory.
• Proven experience in system preparation, troubleshooting, and configuration is a plus.
• Good technical writing skills in French and English.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to synthesize.
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of an international team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with specific systems or technologies relevant to the role.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices is a plus.
• Knowledge of air traffic control is a significant asset.

Salary: This position is based in Toulouse and requires a strong willingness to travel in France and Europe. Salary depends on your working experience and educational background.
