To strengthen our team in Istanbul, Turkey we are looking for:

Your Mission

• Facilitate prompt and precise Customs Clearance for Import/Export endeavors, overseeing each phase seamlessly.
• Coordinate and supervise import/export operations in collaboration with Suppliers, Customs Broker Agencies, and Bonded Warehouses, ensuring a streamlined process.
• Adhere to Foreign Trade Legislation, uphold all quality system requirements, and follow the company's guidelines meticulously.
• Utilize reporting tools to edit daily operation status reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Stay vigilant in monitoring changes in Foreign Trade and Food Legislation, ensuring constant awareness and compliance.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, International Relations or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in food import/export processes.
• Exhibit a strong grasp of international trade terms, Customs & Trade Compliance, and comprehensive knowledge of food regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, familiar with SAP.
• Embrace the role of a team player, showcasing self-motivation and a service-oriented mindset.
• Pay meticulous attention to details and accuracy, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
